If you issue a charge-back with your credit card company, or file a dispute with PayPal for an order that you placed with DJDeals Inc. you will be permanently banned from the use of the website & you will be charged a $50.00 fee upon reversal of the charge-back to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you made the purchase. It is the policy of DJDeals Inc. to report all forms of PayPal, Credit & Debit Card fraud to the appropriate legal authorities, regardless of country of origin, & to prosecute individuals and/or companies that commit PayPal, Credit & Debit Card fraud by means of charge-backs, use of fraudulent PayPal, Credit & Debit Cards or other forms of fraud. DJDeals Inc. considers the PayPal, Credit & Debit Card charge-backs for products ordered & shipped to be prima fascia evidence of Theft. Payment of the fee under this provision shall not prevent DJDeals Inc. from seeking to obtain other legal remedies, both civil & criminal, including but not limited to, other expenses, damages, court costs, attorneys fee's & statutory interest.

DJDeals Inc. does not offer price protection on the products we sell. By placing an order on our website, you are legally bound to pay the price displayed at the time of checkout. Under no circumstance will a lower price be offered after you have placed an order.
17. Policy to Terminate Privileges for Copyright Infringement.

The DJDeals Inc. payment processing system is the most secure system available in ecommerce today. Our payment processor (the largest in North America) is set up to decline any order attempt that you make through our website that is considered potential fraud. If the street address number, zip code, or credit card verification code are entered incorrectly (as compared to what your bank has on file), your bank will send an immediate response back to the shopping cart & the payment processor will decline your order attempt. The Address Verification System in the United States verifies all 3 of the numerical items listed above, & if any of them is wrong, you will be declined.
Every time that you voluntarily attempt to place an order in our shopping cart, your bank will "Authorize" the attempted charge, even if you were declined by our payment processor for entering incorrect information. If you try multiple times, & fail multiple times, your bank will hold the funds from each failed attempt. This "authorization" has nothing to do with DJDeals or our order system, it is entirely due to your voluntary attempt to charge your credit card, & your bank "authorizing" your use of your credit card. Debit cards will record this authorization on the account immediately, even though no charge is ever made to the account.
Unless the shopping cart says that you successfully completed an order & emails you a confirmation receipt, & unless your order has shipped; your credit card will never be charged by our payment processor. Credit cards are charged AFTER an order ships, not when you voluntarily put an "authorization" on the card. When your bank gives you an "authorization" & we do not process an order (you never completed an order or you chose to cancel it), the bank automatically removes the "authorization" from your card within 7-10 days. You can call your bank to inquire as to how long it will be before they remove your "authorization", but it is not necessary, because it will be removed automatically.

You can return any item purchased from DJDeals (with the exception of the UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS listed below) within 30 days of the shipping date, subject to the below Policies and Exceptions set forth herein. After 30 days from the shipping date, all sales are final.
