Your laptop is kept in an entirely separate zippered compartment, protected by high- density foam padding. Inside this compartment there is even place for some LP records. A soft grip handle and movable non-slip shoulderpad gives you a high degree of comfort.

UDG Guarantee
Our guarantee is very straight-forward, and reflects our belief in the high quality of our products. All UDG products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase. Please be aware that we do not cover normal wear and tear, airline mishandling, misuse or abuse of the products.
It is important to note that our guarantee is not an unconditional guarantee. UDG products are made from the highest quality quality materials and produced under the highest manufacturing standards. But, like any other travel or bag product, UDG products are not indestructible. Therefore, our guarantee does not cover product damage that may result from abuse or mishandling of the product or overloading. If an airline or other carrier damages your luggage, you should immediately file a damage claim with the carrier. We also do not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as loss or damage to the contents of the bag.
For repairs that are deemed by us as non warranty, the repair fee will be determined at the UDG repair facility. All warranty claims should be accompanied by an explanation and original receipt. Damage due to wear and tear will be invoiced at a reasonable charge. We do not speculate at the store level or on the phone as to whether a fee will be assessed for the repair. Turn-around time on repairs is approximately 2 weeks from the time the bag is received at our repair facility and we have your approval to complete the repair.
