I ordered an PA from you and want to cancel the order. I’ve not received confirmation or any acknowledgement and it’s impossible to contact you. I don’t even have an order number or anything from you. The order was placed under this email address this account is register under. Contact me if you need more info please otherwise. It's really frustrating there is no easy way to contact you.

If you are contacting DJDeals.com about a specific order, please reply to the original email invoice that was sent to you by the shopping cart (or if you purchased on eBay; the receipt that was sent to you by PayPal), so that we know your order number, date of purchase, and complete order information.

We cannot assist customers without knowing the order number as we process hundreds of orders per day.

If you do not know your order number (it is provided to you both on the last page of the checkout process and in the email receipt sent to you by the shopping cart) we will need to know the email address used to place the order.

For consumers who didn't receive an email receipt from the shopping cart:

If the final page of the shopping cart didn't say that you successfully placed an order, then you didn't, and we can't assist you until you successfully complete an order. If you tried, and you were declined, you will need to read the Shopping Help page below, please do not reply to this email saying that you placed an order if you can't provide an order number.

For every failed attempt to place an order on our website, voluntarily made by you; your credit card company will put an authorization on your card. For information about an authorization that you voluntarily put on your credit card, see the Shopping Help page below.
