LaCie Rugged Hard Drive Redemption Process

Fill out the electronic redemption form on the following NI webpage:
www.native-instruments.com/giftcard.info

Please upload a scanned copy of your original sales receipt from your purchase of TRAKTOR SCRATCH in the upload section of the electronic form. If you would prefer to fax the receipt, you can fax it to the following number – North and South America: 323-467-5236

Once NATIVE INSTRUMENTS has received the completed electronic redemption form and proof of purchase, your rebate will be processed. After uploading your form, it should take about 5 business days for the package to leave our warehouse.

If you have delivery-related questions, please feel free to contact our North American sales support via phone or email. All hard drives need to be redeemed via the process described above by July 31st, 2008 at the latest. We cannot process receipts of purchase after that date.
